Pylos
It is multi-company, multi-department includes full budgeting
functions, and a strong AP and Bank Recon system. It was written to be
used as a back office accounting for custom front end packages. It has
a very tight method of intergrating entries generated from Billing/Ar
systems, Inventory control etc. Versions of it are in use a both a 50
million dollar industrial client and 100 million dollar professional
services business.
The code is all in C5.5 ABC app files, using my interface templates to
give the application of very nice interface, and CPCS Reporting
Templates and CCS SQL Templates. The backend is MS-SQL with quite a
bit of logic in the database, allowing for open interfaces to other
"Non Clarion" applications.
Our base license for the applications and database designs, and 40
hours consulting on both the operation of the system and methods of
intergration with your own system is $10,000. The consulting time
covers training and mentoring with data design etc., it does not
include any actual development work that you might have us do. We
would allow you to use the code for upto 5 clients without getting
into a retail license agreement.
Again this is a high-end corporate accounting system. It is custom
code, and written in a way to allow molding it into a final app for
custom projects. In other words it has much of the same power as Great
Plains, Real World, but instead of having to configure thousands of
settings at the end user level to make it work the way you want and
need you simply tweak the application in a few spots. And provide your
client with a system that is tailor to thier needs instead of being
overwhelmed with all those features and options that don't apply to
them.

special software, hardware, or special connections. With pcReminder
you can remind yourself, friends, business associates, or anyone else
about important dates or deadlines. With private labeling and system
integration, pcReminder can provide the platform for your
appointment/meeting reminders, or any other prescheduled or recurring
team member or customer communication.
