Team member Satisfaction Index (TSI)
TSI is based on the pioneering work of Gallup's Q12 survey. Our TSI measurements and analytics gives you a true picture of your Team Members level of engagement, great place to work rating and more importantly an achievable action plan to improve it. Team member satisfaction is the terminology used to describe whether employees are happy and contented and fulfilling their desires and needs at work. Team member satisfaction is a factor in employee motivation, employee goal achievement, and positive employee morale in the workplace.
The TSI is a survey designed to measure employee satisfaction and engagement. The instrument was the result of years of research. The research found that there were 16 key expectations (not just the 12 questions from decade old tools), that when satisfied, form the foundation of strong feelings of satisfaction and engagement.
Comparisons of engagement scores reveal that those with high TSI scores exhibit lower turnover, higher sales growth, better productivity, better collaboration, greater pride in brand, better customer loyalty and other manifestations of superior performance.
The evaluation of team member satisfaction is just as important as the assessment of customer loyalty. While there is a lot of research available on customer loyalty this is not the case for the question: how satisfied are team members with the management and the results? However, it is essential to know how the team members evaluate results, project management, leadership, and the team work because their “inside views” can give valuable suggestions where management can improve the process, leadership behavior, the environment of “healthy” team dynamics, and much more, for future projects.
